Mario Gallardo

 

Mario Gallardo is a young, hardworking, and very skillful employee who has become one of the best additions to the Nautical Details crew. Originally from Mexico City, Mario joined our team this season after years of gaining hand-on trade skills as a laborer around the Tri-State area. He has experience in construction, painting, maintenance, and retail. With good presence, great manners, and high energy, Mario has fit in perfectly with our team gaining the confidence of all his co-workers and bosses.

Working as Paco's right hand, and under his supervision, Mario is learning from the best and it's safe to say that he has a promising future in the marina industry. Mario is proficient in both in English and Spanish, which makes him an interesting asset to our company. It is an advantage that he can take requests and follow instructions in the two most popular languages spoken in our country. His double checks his work, has a great work ethic, and has a good eye for details. He also communicates great with the team to deliver the best possible service for our customers.

His goal in the company is to have 100% of our customers satisfied with Nautical Details, gain as much knowledge possible to be a top-employee, and to make a great career out of this industry. He really enjoys being a part of the transformation we perform on boats.
Besides his detailing job, Mario's hobbies are also a good reason for his great performance on the job. He likes to jog, keep his mind in balance, and plays soccer in New York amateur leagues. This keeps his physical capacities at a high, complimenting his skillful hands, and a watchful eye for excellence.
