Margarita Xistris
Margarita Xistris is the owner of Nautical Details. Being a female and owning a business in the marine industry 30 years ago was very rare. Through perseverance and commitment to being the best in her industry, she soon had a reputation for high quality service with a commitment to timeliness, while customizing individual packages and understanding that every boat and clients’ needs are different.
Tobi Keitmeier
Tobi Keitmeier has experience in different professions that range from TV production and managment, massage therapy, to carpentry, boat refinishing and detailing. He is originally from Germany where he was born and raised and gained his college education. He went to school for three years for carpentry and through his hard work and his connections, he was able to work himself up the ladder in the TV industry. Read more
Andrew Blanco
Andrew Blanco is one of the new additions to the Nautical Details Crew. With a great background on the Marine Industry forged in the Coast of Palm Beach Florida within several years of yacht maintenance and detailing, he brings a very fresh and solid new skill set to our company, allowing us the chance to offer a wider variety of services to our customers.
Paco Barragan
Paco Barragan is an experienced member of the Nautical Details team and has a passion for boating and the marine industry. Paco has 11 years of experience working on boats and works thoroughly on each project he is given. He worked with Boat Finish in New York and Connecticut for six years as a boat cleaner and painter. Juan Bermudez
Juan Bermudez is Nautical Details back office administrator, technology, and marketing associate. Initially learning to detail boats, he was eventually promoted to manage the back office due to his analytical mindset, background in administration, and his knowledge of Information Technology. He’s CISCO CCNA Level 1 certified, has completed QuickBooks School, along with 4 years of IT Engineering.
Kousohn Phaosoung
Koushonh is a very experienced wood refinisher who joined the Nautical Details crew in 2013. With over 18 years in the marina industry, Koushonh has gained tons of knowledge in the realm of varnish and holds a large skill set in boat maintenance. Originally from Bangkok Thailand, he enjoys being near the sea, especially on boats where he affirms the days go by flying.
Robert Woolcock
Robert has three years of experience on the marina industry, starting with Boat Finish. He decided to join our team this season proving his talent and quality in the refinishing aspect of this company. Together with Kousonh, Robert has participated in key jobs this year like Puffin, a 49' Sailboat built in 1969 Olson Stephens Design where our crew performed a major refinishing project this summer.
Mario Gallardo
Mario Gallardo is a young, hard working, very handy man who has become one of the best additions to the Nautical Details Crew. Originally from Mexico City and now living in Mt. Vernon NY, Mario joined out team this season after incursioning for years in the labor field around the tri- state area. With a good presence, great manners and high energy Mario has fitted perfectly into the crew gaining the confidence of all the co-workers and superiors.
Dew Phaosoung
Dew has been supporting Nautical Details before this company even existed, he started working with Margarita and her former partner back in 1990 detailing boats in Mamaroneck New York, ever since then he has supported our crew on and off full time depending on the dimensions of the project we have on our hands. Currently Dew is working at the Tide Mill Yacht Basin in RYE New York, one of our biggest customers in the tri-state area.
Sandra Orozco
Sandra Orozco has been working with Nautical Details for three years and has hands on experience working on boats. Her work includes detailing, cockpit and interior cleaning and metal work. On the side of Nautical Details, Sandra also specializes in cleaning and organizing homes, post construction clean up, and post remodeling detailing. Read more
Ramiro Orozco
Ramiro Orozco is an accomplished and successful construction project manager and builder. He has been in this industry since 1999 here in the United States, but he has been doing construction since the age of 13 while he was in his home country of Colombia. He specializes in wood and concrete but he is able to work with any venture in the field work. Read more
Omar Contreras Barragan
Omar Contreras has been working with Nautical Details for two years and has been in the marine industry for three years. He specializes in marine detailing and shrink wrapping and is someone who enjoys transforming a boat to its pristine condition. Omar enjoys the spring and summer temperature, the views and the water. Arnaldo Rapallo
Making his debut with only 21 years old on Nautical Details inc. this yeas he has shown proficiency on paying atention to detail and completing tasks, demonstating his endurance and potential to fulfill his goal of being a great wotrker in the marina industry
Adrian Marin
Originally from Venezuela and with a backgroung in mechanical engenieering, He joined our crew at the beginning of the season, learning at a fast pace he has beaten the learning curve and shown skills that raise high as our quality service standards. His story is still to be written but the first chapter was very promising.
